For short-term stays (less than six months):

For stays of over 30 nights: 10 % discount from October to May

For stays of over 60 nights: 20 % discount from October to May

When booking your apartment, a deposit will be made equivalent to 50% of the price of your stay, or one month's rent for long-term stays. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receiving your deposit.

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We will then try to return your whole deposit.

The apartments are available from 3:00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00pm on the day of departure. You may delay your departure time by paying 10€/extra hour. 

All prices include electricity, water and gas consumption, as well as tax (VAT), cleaning service on arrival and departure, maintenance, sheets and towels. 

The prices for long-term stays do not include electricity, water or gas consumption. An extra 150€/month will be charged, and a settlement for the real price of this expenses will be done at the end of each year's contract.

To carry out your booking for a long-term stay in our apartments, we require a deposit equivalent to two months rent. Once the contract is terminated, this deposit will be refunded if the apartment is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
