Accommodation
We own thirty apartments in the ALBORADA-GOLF residential complex, of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and which are available for both weekly and long-term rental.
Our apartments are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of blocks 3 and 4, (plus a 3-bedroom attic in block 4).
Walking access to our apartments is on the street Pau Casals n.15.
The apartments in block 3 face the South and overlook the community garden and the mountain of Sierra Helada. Those in block 4 face the East and overlook the golf course, also used as a cricket course during weekends.
Each apartment has its own parking space in the underground garage, which can be accessed from the street Pau Casals and from the building’s synchronized lifts. You can also rent one of our storagerooms, also located in our underground garage, for only 25€/month.
The residential complex has a three-spaced swimming pool with different levels, including a children's pool and a waterfall; community garden with a variety of trees covering an area of around 3000m2, and a glass paddle court.
We also offer optional cleaning service.
